The Web Appointment Book allows Front Desk users to access the appointment book through a web browser on desktop, smartphones and tablets, both inside and outside of the practice.

There is no limit to the number of users that can concurrently access the Web Appointment Book, which makes it a perfect solution if you simply need to access the appointment schedule and to save on Front Desk licence costs.

The built-in iCal support also allows users to subscribe to a feed of their appointments using native calendar applications available on PC, Mac, iOS and Android devices.

Security features can also be enabled so that a practitioner can only access their own, or certain practitioners' appointment book columns.

The Web Appointment Book is available in two versions: Standard and WebPlus.
