Step 1
Please check that you have a working Internet connection on the computer from which you're sending SMS by going to www.smartsoft.com.au
Step 2
Temporarily disable any firewall or security software running on your computer (you may require assistance from an IT professional).
Step 3
If you are still unable to send SMS, please email sms@smartsoft.com.au for further assistance.
